The user gives his consent to the storage of his data and agrees to receive information via email or postal service from Skalar Entertainment Ltd., Nova Music Entertainment Ltd., Freundliches Marketing Service Ltd. (operator of Ticketshops) and musicnet Entertainment Ltd The Nova Music Entertainment Ltd. commits itself not to share collected user data with any third party organizations, with the exception of the previously stated organizations, as well as not to misuse the data within the company.

In case of cancellations, postponements, major changes or reruns of events, we know of in a timely manner, you'll receive notice via email. 

 

Agreement:

By using our online service you agree to the collection and use of your information. Any changes to our policy in respect of privacy and data protection will be published here on this site. Additionally all visitors give their consent to use any kind of footage collected in course of the event via photography or film or similar media for promotional purpose of future events.

 

Scope, law and court of jurisdiction:

The court of jurisdiction for all business customers is the competent court in Vienna, for all private customers the court of jurisdiction is their locally competent court. Austrian law with the exclusion of the choice of law rule applies.

Orders:

Any online orders placed are legally binding and cannot be cancelled or changed. The online shop is operated by Freundliches Marketing Service Ltd.. The buyer approves hereby the terms and conditions of this service.

 

Payment:

Tickets (price according to price list) purchased for shipment or deposit can be paid for via credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or through cash-on-delivery. Tickets are only made valid as soon as the full payment has been made. With the conclusion of the transaction the sale is legally binding and cannot be cancelled or modified anymore. The sale can only be finished if the booking transaction is carried out with a valid credit card (VISA or MasterCard) and after the authorization of the respective credit card organization or after payment via cash-on-delivery.

 

Delivery, Use:

When presale starts, purchased tickets can be sent via postal service, with registered post (if desired), or be collected on the day of the event at the box office, if option is given. Fees and service charges apply according to the official price list. The Freundliches Marketing Service Ltd. does not assume any liability for any tickets lost through postal services. Further we would like to advise you that the Freundliches Marketing Service Ltd. does not assume any liability for correct delivery of 3rd party corporations e.g. Austrian Postal service or other couriers. Any claims of compensation resulting out of failed delivery etc. will not be assumed by the Freundliches Marketing Service Ltd.. In case of loss of an admissions-authorization it is not possible to issue any replacements; this also applies to damages arising through failed authorization of the respective credit card organizations. The misuse, copying or alteration of entry-authorizations (e.g. tickets, wristbands) is strictly forbidden. Through the purchase of the ticket the visitor gives his consent to adhere to the house rules of the event venue and agrees to the general terms and conditions of the event organizer. At every location the respective rules for entry apply to any late comers. Tickets without tear-off are invalid. When leaving the venue the ticket loses its validity. Violation will be avenged. The ticket does not count for a receipt in terms of §11 UStG. and is therefore not eligible for input tax deduction. Sound, film, or photographic recordings are not allowed. In case of failure to do so (especially in case of flashlight photography) the organizers are entitled to retain the camera until the end of the event. Open air events can be held in any weather conditions. It is forbidden to bring umbrellas, glass bottles or other harmful devises, etc onto the festival site. The visitors need to make sure to bring their own raincoats.

 

Ticket deposit at box office:

Tickets will be deposited at the box office of the event, provided the option is given by the organizer for the respective event. Collections of tickets are only possible with valid ID and reservation confirmation letter (email). The receipt of the ticket needs to be signed for confirmation.

 

Event Cancellation, Changes, Refunds:

The return of tickets (exchange or refund) is ? with the exception of cancellation through the organizers ? not possible. In case of cancellation the tickets need to be returned within 2 month of the scheduled event date for refund at the same outlet where previously purchased (which means, if purchased through www.musicticket.at return the original tickets via registered mail to Freundliches Marketing Service Ltd., Alser Strasse 23/ Top 29-30, A-1080 Vienna, with your full name and bank details: account number, bank institute, sort code; if tickets have been purchased from another outlet, information will be provided by them.) Any changes of line-up, program or date are reserved to the organizers and do not qualify for a refund. Claims for ticket price reductions in case of the cancellation of one or more artists due to an act of god or if the venue can only be partially used because of such reasons, are excluded. Any expenses (e.g. accommodation, travel, booking fees, etc.) caused by a cancellation, changes in date or line-up that the organizers (event venue) are not liable for or caused by the artists themselves will not be refunded. In case of a TV broadcast the ticket owner gives his consent to the use of the recorded footage by the broadcasting TV Corporation, taken during or in course of the event, in any way or form possible, without any limit in time and space and without any form of compensation. Live concerts may pose a risk to health and hearing due to sound volume; the organizers assume no liability for any damage to property or harm of health.
