Dear Nova Rock Festivalguest,

since „Die Toten Hosen“ have to cancel their festivalshow due to illness of their frontman Campino, we have in this very rare case decided to offer a refund on day passes for Thursday June 14th since we are sure that some of you may have only bought the ticket because of their show.

The Blue Stage headliner on Thursday June 14^th will be Marilyn Manson, also headlining many large festivals such as Download Festival in France.

The Red Stage headliner on Thursday June 14^th gonna be Parkway Drive, also a regular headliner on many large festivals all over Europe.

Both of these headliner performances will not overlap, meaning it will be possible for you to see both headline shows.

Online / Webshop / Callcenter purchases:

If you bought your tickets online, via webshop or via the callcenter please scan (make sure the barcode is clear) the unused original tickets and send them to info@oeticket.com starting from Friday, June 15th, 13.00/1pm.

Alternatively you can post your tickets via (registered) mail to:

As long as the tickets were not scanned/validated at the festival, the ticket price will be refunded to the bank account/credit card used at purchase upon receipt.  If your bank/credit card details changed since the purchase please send the new info along with the tickets.

You can refund your tickets until July 13th 2018.

Pre-sale ticket offices, Raiffeisenbank, tobacco shops etc:

Starting Friday June 15th 2018, 13.00/1pm please return your unused/non-validated ticket to the pre-sale place where you bought your tickets. You can refund your tickets until July 13^th 2018.
