The Basic version has a size of 210 x 120 x 100 cm.

Our most-loved Glamping option offers space for a maximum of 4 people and includes: 

• Two bunk beds with mattresses and bed sheets (Blanket and pillows are not included) 
• Power Outlets  (Max. 300W)
• Light
• Padlock

The ticket buyer will receive an e-mail before the festival where they can reserve additional amenities: 

• Mini Fridge for rent (prices will follow) 
• Ventilator 
• Bedding Set 
• Additional outlets  (3 plugs) 

All of these products are not included in the price. If they are not sold out before the festival already, you can rent them on site as well.  

Festival passes are not included in the Rock Chalet ticket. They are only valid in combination with a festival pass or a VIP festival pass. Per hut one ticket is needed, which is valid for the whole group that sleeps in the chalet. 

Info about the deposit: 

IGE collects security deposits for the cabin and any items rented along with it, which are deducted via the cashless system. The security deposits will be refunded to the guest who rents the cabin and the included items (= the IGE’s contractual partner)—provided that the rented items are returned in good condition. The refund must be processed no later than at check-out. Without proper return there will not be a deposit payout. 

Any costs exceeding the amount covered by the security deposit—including those resulting from damage to the rented cabin and for lost (missing) items included in the rental—must be reimbursed by the guest (this will be billed by the IGE’s internal accounting department following the festival).

Padlocks:

Upon check-in, IGE provides the guest (i.e., IGE’s contractual partner) with a padlock in exchange for a deposit of EUR 20.00. The padlock is used to lock the cabin and is opened with a combination. Without exception, the cabin may only be locked with this padlock. The combination must not be changed. The deposit for the padlock is also deducted via the cashless system. 

The deposit will be refunded upon the guest’s check-out only if the padlock is found hanging from the cabin in perfect working order or is handed over to the IGE reception staff. In the event of damage (if the padlock cannot be turned or locked properly, or cannot be opened with the combination) or loss of the padlock (including if it is not hanging from the cabin in perfect working order at check-out), the deposit will not be refunded.

If the padlock gets lost or damaged during the event, the guest receives another padlock when paying another deposit of EUR  20.00. The deposit for a lost or damaged lock is forfeited and will not be refunded to the guest.

Deposit refunds are issued at check-out via credits to the cashless system. Refunds after check-out are not possible under any circumstances.

For everyone that wants even more comfort, the Rock Chalet Deluxe is the right choice! It offers space for two people and includes: 

• Two separate beds with mattresses and sheets 
• Blanket and pillow 
• Foldable desk
• Two foldable chairs 
• Power outlet (Max. 300W)
• Light
• Carpet
• Hanging shelf 
• Padlock

• Air mattress with sheets and pillows (Blankets and bedding is not included, so bring your own sleeping bag) 
• A small table

Festival passes are not included! The Desert Lodge ticket is only valid in combination with festival passes or VIP festival passes. One ticket is required per Desert Lodge, and it is valid for all 5 people.
