Future Palace from Berlin have long proven that post-hardcore is not a label with limits but a space full of creative possibilities. In the music of vocalist Maria Lessing, guitarist Manuel Kohlert, and drummer Johannes Früchtenicht, the fiercest outbursts of despair clash with the quietest moments of resignation. Lush instrumentals meet cinematic electronic production, piercing screams contrast with haunting melodies.

Future Palace embody the emotional highs and lows of human life through a constantly shifting artistic lens. Their songs delve deep into internal struggles and shed light on issues surrounding mental health – topics that remain far too stigmatized in modern society.

That Future Palace have become one of the most talked-about alternative metal acts in Europe in just a few years comes as no surprise, given the raw intensity of their work. But considering the many obstacles they faced early in their career, their rise is all the more remarkable. Their debut album "Escape" (2020) was released at the height of the pandemic, forcing the band to overcome major setbacks. Since then, they’ve supported major European tours with Electric Callboy, Annisokay, and more — commanding ever-larger audiences and growing recognition across the scene.

In 2022, the band finally embarked on their first European headline tour, supported by their second album “Run”, which now counts over 40 million streams across all platforms. Most shows were sold out or upgraded due to high demand.

In September 2024, Future Palace released their most ambitious work to date: “Distortion”. The corresponding fall 2024 tour took them across Europe once again — with numerous sold-out and upgraded venues confirming their rising status.

Their growing international appeal is underlined by appearances at some of the world’s biggest festivals: Wacken Open Air, Rock am Ring, Hellfest, Graspop Metal Meeting, Nova Rock, Summer Breeze, Full Force, and Greenfield — Future Palace have proven themselves on the grandest stages of the scene.

In 2025, the band opens a new chapter: With over 65 million streams, 11 million YouTube views, and strong placements in major playlists like New Core, All New Metal, and Kickass Metal, Future Palace will embark on their first North American headline tour.

The journey is just beginning — and Future Palace are here to stay.
