About POPPY
The mononymous Poppy is a unique creation. Originating from a dance background, Poppy’s first releases began with performance art video vignettes on YouTube. These pivotal moments paved the way for the execution of five studio albums and three instrumental albums.
After initially signing with LA’s Sumerian Records, she released her album, I Disagree, to much acclaim. Disregarding conventions, labels, and genres, BLOODMONEY earned a GRAMMY nomination for ‘Best Metal Performance,’ making her the first-ever solo female artist nominated in the category.
As of 2024, Poppy released ‘V.A.N’ in collaboration with Bad Omens. Poppy also featured on Knocked Loose's “Suffocate,” delivering an amazing vocal performance. Following V.A.N, Poppy toured alongside Bad Omens on their sold-out Europe tour. This led Poppy directly into her headline, the ZIG UK Tour, and then into the Avenged Sevenfold tour. Poppy will be touring with 30 Seconds to Mars in July.
