Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands at the entrance to the campsite. All tickets will be scanned for authenticity. Please keep the ticket ready when accessing the entrance to avoid delays. The wristbands will be put on by our staff and are non-transferable.

There is NO ATM on-site. Cash is only needed for the following things:

  • Shuttle bus
  • Bus to the lakeside
  • Trash deposit

The BLUE and RED STAGE are about 200m apart. The extended Red Bull Stage functions as a full festival stage and can be found on the left right after the entrance gates.

Available right next to the BLUE STAGE at the left side. Bands and autograph times see on site. Schedule according to the notice board at the autograph tent and information stand.

Every can counts! From now on, collecting cans makes even more sense and it quenches your thirst! Collect 15 empty cans, bring them to our collection stations and get 1 freshly tapped beer or a Red Bull as a thank you.

In the core area at the non-food stands and at the campsite near the large sanitary tent you can borrow a powerbank for a fee and a deposit and use it to charge your electronic devices.

The info point / Lost & Found is located at the transition from the camping site to the party area on the right next to the entrance. Here you will find all festival-related information and also information on train and bus timetables. The info point can also be reached from the campsite. Rain ponchos will also be available at the information desk in case of bad weather.

After the festival, found objects will be left at the municipal office in Nickelsdorf.

There is an entrance at both the BLUE and RED STAGE. Access only with accreditation and valid press wristband. Photography and/or filming with professional equipment is only permitted with appropriate permission and photo/TV pass.

There are sanitary stations at the campsite, the caravan site and the core area.

There are sufficient water-flushed toilets at the large sanitary station at the campsite, as well as at the caravan site and in the core area of the BLUE and RED STAGE and the party area. In addition, larger mobile toilet stations are positioned at several locations on the grounds. Sufficient showers are available at the sanitary areas at the campsite. Showers are free of charge. For opening hours see "General - Opening hours".

Since the need for hygiene of festival visitors is increasing every year, there will be comfort showers and toilets in addition to the existing sanitary facilities, which can be used for a fee. These will be kept in the best possible condition by trained staff. Give cleanliness a chance!

Imagine this: You set up your tent on the big fields of Nova Rock and make yourself at home before you realize: You forgot your sleeping bag.
This year that is no problem, because Intersport Winniger will cater to all your camping-needs (and more).

Near the entrance to the caravan site and next to the bus site, there is a supervised ÖAMTC support point. If you have a technical problem or breakdown with your vehicle, contact them or any traffic warden with a radio - help can then be organized quickly. If technical problems occur while it is dark, simply switch on the hazard warning lights, so that the vehicle in question can be found more quickly in the dark.

There are drinking water stations in the sanitary area at the camping and caravan sites, next to the party zone at the Blue Stage and at the toilet station at the core area of the Red Stage. There is a supervised water dispenser at the BLUE & RED STAGE. Here our staff will hand out cups with fresh drinking water.

Good News! The ÖBB Festival Tour is back on track and enriching Austria's biggest outdoor events. At the ÖBB Railaxed Area they focus on good service and offer you three different workshops:

Kendama: a Japanese game of skill. Put your skills to the test and compete against others for an advantage card.

Body and face painting: from head to toe! Whether it's a flashy picture, a cool slogan or our logo! Our painters will make your vision come true.

PIMP MY CAP: Let your creativity run wild and design your own conductor's or military cap.

In addition, a chill-out terrace, with several deckchairs and cushions, provides even more fun, comfort and relaxation.

Viva con Agua collects your cups at our festivals and then collects the € 1,- cup deposit, which is used for drinking water and sanitation projects in Malawi. You can find more information about this great project at www.vivaconagua.at.

There will be wavebreakers at both stages, for which the rule "first come, first served" applies. If the wavebreaker is 70-80% full, further entry will be stopped for safety reasons.

For safety reasons we ask you to stay away from the wind turbines! The instructions of the security personnel must be followed at all times.

Due to safety concerns we advise you to keep away from the Wind Turbines! You have to follow the instructions of our safety staff at all times.
